Why did you decide to pursue personal training?

Through my own personal health & fitness journey, I realized how overwhelming it can be to navigate through all of the misinformation out there so I wanted to be a resource that people could trust.

What would you want someone to know who is considering personal training?

It can be challenging to prioritize health & fitness while also juggling many other commitments in our lives. Make it easier on yourself and let us handle the technical side of things so it’s one less thing for you to worry about. Instead of spinning your wheels, let us provide effective workout plans and nutrition guidance to help you reach your goals and get results faster!

What is your personal training philosophy?

Use it or lose it! Our bodies are designed to move so everyone should be exercising. As we age, exercising becomes more and more vital to maintaining a good quality of life free from injury.

Favorite exercise?

Barbell hip thrusts! It’s a great exercise to isolate and strengthen the glutes which is the largest muscle in the body and my favorite muscle to train!
